Be Out
Yeah, going out-of-town for a week or so, and now I’m cramming to prepare for such. Yet, I’m here. I hear my daughter reminding me it’s late already, so just a few more words, and I’ll be off.
I’ll just share a bit of something which has struck my admiration, and could be a food for thought for you, as it has been for me. Last Friday, my hubby and I attended the Golden Wedding Anniversary of a couple, dear to us since way back the 80’s yet, when we were together in the Catholic Charismatic Movement. They were a pair to behold, radiant and smiling. And the more I admire them when in my mind flashed the ups-and-downs of life they had gone through, especially when they were still struggling to send their children to school - all ten of them! And they have all finished, congratulations to them, and to their parents!
Many memories came to me, as I sat silently inside the chapel amply decorated for such a special occasion. And I wish I could share more, but for now, it has to be up to here. Next time when I’ll be back, may I continue with this.
Happy weekend! Though, we don’t forget this is now the season for recollection.
