All members of our community are now excited for an imminent big affair which the Negros Occidental Chapter will host. No doubt then that all volunteer workers are on the move for the preparation.

It’s now less than a month and the Servant Leader of our community will be coming. No less than Most Reverend Vicente M. Navarra, D.D., Bishop, Diocese of Bacolod, invited him for this Family Appointment with El Shaddai Mass and Healing Rally, to be held on December 12, 2008, at the Bacolod City Public Plaza.

Meetings have been conducted regarding the formation of the committees for the different tasks, and assigning those to handle each. Some of the committees formed are: the Physical Arrangement, Sound System, Marshals/Usherettes, Food, Lost & Found, and Invitation & Dissemination.

Guests from other provinces/places, like Aklan, Iloilo, Roxas, Antique, Cebu, Bohol, and Dumaguete, are assigned to be hosted by the different communities. The host community will then have to coordinate with its assigned guest province as to the number of delegates coming, what time and by what mode of transportation they will come, for preparation by the host community in fetching them from whatever terminal/port they will arrive.
